Negotiations with European leaders regarding Greenland have already begun.
Axar.az reports that this was stated by US President Donald Trump.
"I hope this will be a good deal for everyone. It is a very important deal from a national security perspective. I think we will reach an agreement," he said.
The White House chief added that Europe wants the United States to take control of the island.
