Louvre jewel heist to be adapted for the big screen

A film will be made about last year’s Louvre Museum robbery, in which jewelry worth around $100 million was stolen.

Axar.az reports, citing foreign media, that the film will be directed by French filmmaker Romain Gavras.

It is noted that the story will be based on the investigative book "Main basse sur le Louvre" (literally "A grab at the Louvre") by Romain Gavras.
