At least 109 people have died as a prolonged heatwave continues to grip France.
Axar.az reports that French media said the extreme temperatures have also caused 30 people to suffer heart attacks.
The report added that many people have sought medical treatment after being affected by the heat in public places and at home.
According to the report, an orange weather alert remains in effect across the country, while emergency medical services have switched to an emergency response mode.
