Russian forces struck a postal terminal near Kharkiv, sparking a fire.
Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov made the remarks on Telegram.
"As a result of the enemy strike on the outskirts of Kharkiv, cargo trucks, containers and equipment at the postal terminal caught fire," he said.
According to preliminary information, no casualties were reported.
"Emergency crews are currently working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling," he added.
Social media reports indicated that the targeted facility was a Nova Poshta terminal.
