In the Danish city of Aarhus, unknown individuals sawed off and stole the head of a bust of Russian President Vladimir Putin that had been installed as part of an advertising campaign by local radio station Radio4 (RADIO IIII).
Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that the nearly two-meter-tall sculpture was installed in a city park at the beginning of the week.
About six hours after it was installed, the bust was found decapitated: unknown individuals had sawed off the head and taken it away.
A municipal employee later found the remaining part of the sculpture together with its pedestal and handed it over to representatives of the radio station. Radio4 said it was trying to determine where the head was and appealed to listeners to provide any information about the theft.
