Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in the 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Azertac reports.
At Gabala International Airport, a ceremonial guard of honour welcomed the high-ranking guest.
Mirziyoyev was received at the airports by Azerbaijan's Culture Minister Adil Karimli and other officials.
