The US has imposed a 30 percent tariff on goods from Iraq, Libya, and Algeria, and a 25 percent tariff on goods from the Philippines, Brunei, and Moldova.
US President Donald Trump shared this on his social media account.
The letter addressed to the countries in question stated that if their companies open production facilities in the US, the tariffs will be canceled for them.
