Chelsea has sold 20-year-old footballer Leo Casldine to Middlesbrough.
Axar.az reports, citing the club’s official website, that the English midfielder has signed a 4.5-year contract with his new club.
The London-based team will earn nearly £1 million (approximately €1.13 million) from the transfer. According to the agreement, Chelsea will also receive a percentage of any future transfer fee if Casldine is sold to another club.
Casldine spent the first half of the season at Huddersfield, scoring 10 goals in 23 matches in League One.
