Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that the participation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in video format and the presence of the Turkish Vice President at the 8th Summit of the European Political Community are of great importance in the context of advancing the peace process and regional cooperation.
Axar.az reports, citing Pashinyan’s statement on the outcomes of the summit, he noted that the discussions once again confirmed the need for honest dialogue and practical solutions to strengthen peace and stability in the face of growing global challenges.
He said that the talks focused on security and stability, transport infrastructure, regional cooperation, economic resilience, energy, and the green transition.
Pashinyan emphasized that connectivity is a key factor for economic security and long-term resilience across the continent, adding that strengthening connectivity alongside climate and energy goals was identified as a shared priority.
He also underlined the importance of regional cooperation and the potential of more open, integrated, and interconnected regions.
