Ukraine's defence forces have struck a Russian MiG-29 fighter jet and a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft gun system at the Khalino airfield in Russia's Kursk Oblast.
Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine made the announcement on Telegram.
"The 15th Black Forest Separate Artillery Reconnaissance Brigade has successfully conducted an operation at the Khalino airfield in Kursk Oblast," the statement reads.
