The Azerbaijan women’s national volleyball team’s opponent in the round of 16 of the European Championship has been determined.
Axar.az reports that the team coached by Faig Garayev finished third in Group C, held in Baku, with eight points and will face Türkiye.
The “Crescent-Stars” finished second in Group A after losing 3–2 to Poland.
The round-of-16 matches will be held in Istanbul on August 31 and September 1.
