Thus, lightning strikes and occasional heavy rain falls in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Salyan, Tartar, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Beylagan, Imishli, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Yardimli, Lankaran, Astara, Naftalan, Jeyranchol, Agstafa, Gakh, Zagatala, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, Gobustan, Guba, Gusar, Gryz, Khaltan, Gazakh, Tovuz, Shamkir, Dashkesan, Goygol and Ganja.
Currently, the west wind is blowing, the wind speed has occasionally increased to 23 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 22 m/s in Kalbajar, 19 m/s in Sabirabad, 17 m/s in Shahbuz, and 16 m/s in Hajigabul.
Fog is observed in Dashkesan, Gadabay, Gakh, Zagatala, Sheki, Balakan, Gabala, Shamakhi, Altyaghaj, Gryz, and Khaltan, visibility is limited to 500 m.
