The Turkish Ministry of National Defense has said that the military exercises “Winter-2025” with the Azerbaijani forces are underway in Türkiye.
The special units from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Georgia successfully completed missions in line with direct orders during the exercises, Caliber.Az reports, citing the ministry.
Earlier, during the "Winter Exercises 2025", Azerbaijani military personnel successfully completed several new tasks. The exercises, which began on January 16, saw troops infiltrating enemy territory as part of the strategic drills.
Helicopters were deployed to destroy shelters of conditional enemy. The military’s combat capabilities and readiness in harsh winter conditions were also tested throughout the manoeuvres.
