The United States has not held substantive discussions with Russia regarding its 28-point plan for resolving the situation in Ukraine.
Axar.az informs Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters: “No, we have not officially received anything. We see some new ideas, but we have not officially received anything. And there has been no substantive discussion of these points,” he said when asked whether Russia had taken part in developing these proposals.
