Confiscation of frozen Russian assets would be a declaration of war.
Axar.az reports that this was said by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
"Any step regarding frozen Russian assets is a declaration of war. The confiscation of hundreds of billions of dollars from a state has never gone unanswered," Orban said.
