The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) has reported on X that a tugboat was struck by unknown projectiles in the Strait of Hormuz.
The incident occurred six nautical miles north of Oman, with a third-party source confirming that the vessel was hit by unidentified shells, according to UKMTO.
Authorities are currently investigating the event.
