Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi held a telephone conversation with his Japanese counterpart Toshimitsu Motegi late on Saturday to discuss bilateral ties, latest developments in the region and the world, APA reports citing Mehr News Agency.
During the phone call, the two top diplomats exchanged their views on the mutual relations, latest regional and international developments and also the US and Israeli operation against the country on February 28.
Iran’s top diplomat briefed his Japanese counterpart on the latest developments in the region pertinent to the diplomatic process and the current initiatives for ending the operation by the United States and Israel against the country.
