Russian strikes kill one, injure at least 37 in Ukraine

One person was killed, and at least 37 others were injured in Russian strikes on Ukraine's Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that a Russian Italmas drone struck a civilian enterprise in Kharkiv's Nemyshlianskyi district early in the morning.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said the attack injured seven people and damaged a warehouse building and seven vehicles. Emergency services and other response teams are working at the scene.

Authorities also reported that debris from another Russian drone fell in Kharkiv's Shevchenkivskyi district. The consequences of the incident are still being assessed.

Meanwhile, a separate Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia killed one person and injured 30 others.

According to the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, authorities have received 169 reports of damage to residential buildings, vehicles, garages, and outbuildings as a result of the attack.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
