Newly appointed British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Duncan Norman said he was honored to present his credentials to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
Axar.az reports that the Ambassador made a statement on his X account.
“Today, it was a great honor for me to present my credentials to President Ilham Aliyev,” Norman wrote.
“I look forward to strengthening the strategic partnership, economic ties, and security cooperation between the United Kingdom and Azerbaijan,” he added.
It should be noted that President Ilham Aliyev received Duncan Norman, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Azerbaijan, today.
