Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi has accused the United States of trying to cover up its military failures by escalating economic pressure on Iran.
Axar.az reports that Gharibabadi made the remarks on X.
"They claim that Iran is on the verge of defeat and hanging by a thread, yet they beg all their allies to help them!
The problem is the miscalculations that, each time, force them to create an even bigger failure for themselves to cover it up. The military war failed, and now they have called the next failure an "economic war"," he said.
