U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio warned that the United States will continue targeting Iranian oil tankers in response to ongoing attacks on U.S. naval vessels.
Axar.az reports, citing Fox news, Rubio told reporters in Colombia that Iran continues to attempt to strike U.S. naval vessels.
“And every time they do that or try to do that, they’re going to lose tankers.”
“And I think you’ll see that again today,” he added, referring to U.S. strikes on five Iranian oil tankers in the region on Tuesday.
