Axar.az reports that this was stated by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
"We are negotiating with Azerbaijan. We are ready to sign and then ratify this agreement. At the same time, we are trying to normalize our relations with our western neighbor, Turkiye," Mirzoyan noted.
