A media tour was organized to the Zangilan district, and journalists visited the Aghali village as part of the program, APA’s local bureau reports.

Ilhamiya Rzayeva, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in the Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts (RCMS), provided information about the construction and restoration works carried out in the second phase of the village.

She stated that the number of houses to be commissioned in the second phase of Aghali village is 103. These include 55 two-room individual houses and 3 apartments located in three-story, two-block “Townhouse”-type buildings. A total of 36 one-room and 12 two-room apartments have been constructed:“All houses in the village have been connected to utility lines; all residential and non-residential buildings have been supplied with gas, and heating systems have been installed in the houses. A park with a total area of more than 2 hectares has been established here. The park will serve as an open recreation and entertainment area for residents of Aghali and Mammadbeyli villages, as well as for visitors. The park area is divided into five functional zones, each equipped with all necessary facilities for children’s recreation, sports activities, and entertainment. Various trees and shrubs have been planted throughout the area,” she noted.
