The European Union and NATO are taking dangerous steps every week that are bringing them closer to a direct military confrontation with Russia. Every week, something happens that pushes us closer to war.
Axar.az reports that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said this during a meeting with activists of the ruling Fidesz–Hungarian Civic Alliance party.
Commenting on statements made during NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte’s visit to Kyiv, the prime minister stressed that Rutte wants Ukrainian soldiers to wear uniforms bearing NATO and European Union symbols.
Orbán also emphasized that the EU is preparing for war by 2030 and has already announced a transition to a military economy for this purpose.
Against this backdrop, the Hungarian prime minister noted that the period from 2026 to 2030 will be the most risky.
