An LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) tanker transiting outbound from the Strait of Hormuz was hit by debris from unknown projectiles, according to the UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO).
Axar.az reports that all crew members were reported safe, with no environmental impact. The tanker will continue to its next port of call, while authorities investigate the incident.
