US President Donald Trump has said the United States is working on a major deal to purchase potash from Belarus.
Axar.az reports that, in a post on his Truth Social account, Trump said the price would be significantly lower than what the US currently pays for potash from Canada.
"The United States is working on a massive Deal with respect to the purchase of Potash from Belarus. The pricing would be for substantially less than we are currently paying to Canada, very good news for our Farmers and Ranchers," Trump wrote.
