A delegation is currently being prepared in Moscow, and it will make an unofficial visit to Baku next week to try to resolve the conflict between the two countries.
Axar.az reports that, according to the information, a message from Russian President Putin will be delivered personally, and a proposal to exchange the detainees may be made.
It was reported that the delegation may be headed by Putin's former personal adjutant, the current Minister of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, who has good personal relations with Azerbaijani representatives.
"The complications arising in relations with Azerbaijan are not currently included in the Kremlin's plans. This is not profitable for Moscow now, and there is no opportunity to wage a conflict in several directions and lose a strategic partner in an important region," the source said in a statement to the channel.
